By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or complete a purchase.

Using our website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its security, operation or availability.

You may not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website;
• introduce malicious or harmful code;
• use automated tools to extract website content;
• impersonate another person;
• submit false or misleading information; or
• use our content for unauthorised commercial purposes.

Products and availability

ANVAYA garments are offered subject to availability. Drop 001 is a limited release, and products or sizes may sell out without being restocked.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, artwork and details accurately. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen and device settings.

Product measurements and fit descriptions are provided as guidance. Please review the applicable size guide before placing your order.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted once payment has been successfully confirmed and we send an order-confirmation notice.

We may reject or cancel an order where:

• the product is unavailable;
• payment cannot be authorised;
• pricing or product information contains a clear error;
• fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected; or
• the order cannot lawfully be fulfilled.

If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded using the available refund method.

Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in South African rand (ZAR). Any delivery fee or additional charge will be shown before you confirm payment.

Payment must be completed using one of the methods offered during checkout. Payment transactions may be processed by an independent payment provider under its own terms and security procedures.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you to correct or cancel the affected order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Delivery

ANVAYA currently delivers within South Africa. Available delivery methods, costs and estimated timelines will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, incorrect address information or events beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information. Contact us promptly if you discover an error in your delivery details.

Returns and exchanges

Return or exchange requests must follow the process described on our Delivery & Returns page.

Unless an item is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, returned garments must generally be:

• unworn and unused;
• unwashed;
• free from marks, scents or damage;
• returned with their original tags; and
• returned in their original packaging where possible.

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. Applicable consumer rights under South African law remain unaffected by these terms.

Intellectual property

The ANVAYA name, identity, garment artwork, product photographs, website design, written content and other original material are owned by or licensed to ANVAYA.

You may not reproduce, modify, sell, distribute or use this material commercially without prior written permission.

Liability

We take reasonable steps to keep the website and its information accurate and available. However, the website may occasionally be interrupted, delayed or contain errors.

To the extent permitted by law, ANVAYA will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful.

Privacy

Personal information collected through this website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be dealt with by a court or other competent authority with jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection rights.
